Edit TextDelete HTML

Approximately 1,600,000 women enter menopause each year. Many of these women experience uncomfortable symptoms. Even for those who are symptom frees this is an important transition time that requires changes in attitude that match the changes taking place within the body.  All women need to be able to survive this transition in a healthy state...mind, body, spirit and emotions. Most medications currently used to treat the symptoms of menopause have been linked to cancer. Women need help! Would you like to help?

This workshop will teach you techniques to work successfully in with menopause.

                     You will learn:

  • How to use the Menopause Assessment form
  • The importance of teaching self talk techniques
  • Ways to teach Self hypnosis for symptom management
  • Menopause Yoga
  • Menopause hypnosis imaging
  • Hypnosis suggestions for emotional well being

And much more… You will receive great handouts for your own practice:

Change is a part of life and managing the change can be improved through using the power of your mind. The science of Mind/Body medicine has led the way. Zoilita’s program has helped many women use their minds to manage hot flashes, sleeplessness, irritability and other common symptoms as they more effectively balance their bodies. It is possible to manage menopause successfully.
