CREATING CHANGE
Introducing Self-Hypnosis

Developed to assist rapid and continuing enhancement of innate skills and abilities, this workshop offers a deeper understanding of how we create the life we live. Discover the role motivation and the way we learn guarantees success and find the previously hidden influences impacting thoughts and behavior.

This program reminds participants of the abilities they possess and describes methods of utilizing these gifts to create the desired changes in their lives. The person we are today is the result and the reflection of our experiences and perceptions. By consciously crafting our choices and using our abilities, we gain control in our lives and create success. Mastering this awareness allows us easily and naturally to enhance the balance and alignment of Body, Mind, and Spirit.

With self-hypnosis and suggestion we may effectively shift our perceptions, eliminate blockages and realize our vast potential. Situations which in the past have caused discomfort, grief or rage, now instantly remind us of our confidence, focus and ability; this insight brings joy. You may surprise yourself by noticing the improvement in your life, even before the conclusion of this presentation.

This program is designed as an experiential adventure in two three-hour sessions. The first session presents ideas and assists in beginning to more clearly identify and address issues of concern. The second session (usually the following week) is designed to refine and clarify the understandings and techniques practiced in the week.

We always have fun in this class!
