          Hypnosis involves a broad range of strategies from content rich to process oriented.  There is no one strategy that works with every client.  Proficient hypnotists cultivate both content rich and process oriented strategies to help each individual client achieve the desired goals for a session.  This presentation will cover what to do after the regression, and will include the most common regression strategies and alternatives.








          Monica Dahl has been in private practice as a hypnotherapist since 1985.  Her hypnosis services include Peak Performance (Academic, Athletics, Creative Arts, Public Speaking, ) Stress Reduction, Pain Management / Comfort Skills, Asthma, Attention Deficit / Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADD/ADHD),  Anxiety, Depression, Hot Flashes / Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), Obsessive Compulsive (OCD), Overeating / Weight Reduction,  Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Strokes, and Traumatic Brain Injury aka Concussion (TBI).  In 2010, she completed a doctorate in counseling psychology from Argosy University / Sarasota with a dissertation regarding Neurofeedback for PTSD Symptom Reduction.  She is presently divides her time between a surgical clinic in Key West and another clinic in Boca Raton, FL.
